Returns
We don’t offer refunds, as each piece is produced in limited batches.
This helps us reduce waste and offer honest pricing.
Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing us at:

Cancellations aren’t possible after the order has been processed or shipped.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

• Unused. 

• In original packaging.

• With all tags intact.

Exchanges are processed only after we inspect and approve the returned item.
Shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Worn, washed, or altered items.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

• Final sale items.
